Thank you for the response. My client contacted their hosting company and this is their response. “Can you please try now in incognito mode to save some changes? Also I would suggest you not to open many tabs while in the backed area of the website, because you may trigger our defense against bot attacks ddos etc and you may become temporary blocked for 10-15 minutes.” “It seems there was some modesecurity block so I have whitelisted this in the htaccess file.“
I already followed their advice and I still got the same error. Any help please? What will be the cause of the error if they already did their process on their end? Is their any problem on my end?
