Hi @emgb_520 , can you check your browser console for errors? Do you use a cache plugin? If yes, please follow the directions in sticky posts and disable cache for our chat plugin because live chat and cache doesn’t work together.

Hello @astrokurve, you can configure you chat plugin appearance in your 3CX WebClient => Admin => Voice & Chat. Edit the live chat instance and check “Styling” tab, there are several themes to choose from and the possibility to configure a custom theme.

Then reconfigure the plugin with the new URL.

Yes, your license will be downgraded to 3CX Free and renewed. Of course you will lose SMB features, but not live chat.

Hi @phoebest, 3CX Free edition is free forever. You’re getting a trial or 3CX SMB Free, which has more features. Don’t worry because live chat is included in 3CX Free edition.

Hi @simonefenoglio, it’s confirmed that Litespeed plugin breaks our JS code. We suggest either to disable the plugin, or configure it to ignore our JS code. Best option is to ignore the entire content of wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support .

Hi @simonefenoglio, do you see the chat icon on mobile devices if you request desktop website? If yes, it could be related to the mobile layout of your wordpress template.

Hi @raymond621, cache plugins can interfere with our live chat plugin. Be sure to exclude 3CX Live Chat plugin URLs from caching in order to avoid malfunctions.
