In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] Chat window bugHello @benjaminblue ,
We’ve noticed this behaviours on some of our customers and in the their majority was relevant to a custom theme.
Can you please let me know what is the theme that you have configured, in order to try to reproduce the issue ?
Thank you.

Currently this is not possible. Let us check internally and we might come up with an update in regards to this one in the near future.
Thank you for your feedback.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] Add Live chat as code not widget shortcode?Hello @danzmwl
No this is not supported. It is also not good practice to edit the theme, because you might get out of sync, if this is a purchased theme.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] Translation problemsHello @brampeerlings ,
Please check the latest release if all the option dropdown options are available to be translated.
For the mode only, next week, we will release a new version, that will fix the issue.
Good to hear that at least you can identify the issue. We do our internal testing on servers that are on the same IP range as our PBX setups. Please check network traffic and configuration, for possible issues.
We are evolving our chat plugin fast and for sure more features will come in the future.
I do not get what you would like to achieve with just “call” and “chat” static button. For example, we have the Phone Only mode as part of Mode configuration, that you can have a call available without the need to open up the chat window.
I would like to ask you to proceed and close the other forum entry created, as there is no reason to maintain two different entries for the same topic.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] 3CX error after updating the PluginHello @michaelserra ,
We’ve replied back in a different blog post.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/3cx-live-chat-and-talk-work-sometimes-and-not-others/
We are expecting the input on what are those cases that are not working. As we’ve specified in our specifications, Internet Explorer is not supported.
Hello @michaelserra ,
We’ve tested the provided site and the plugin works as expected.
Can you please help us identify the cases that the plugin is not working? On our release blog posts, we’ve specified that the plugin is not working in cases that the users are using Internet Explorer (https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/live-chat-video-call/). This is due to web technologies limitations of Internet Explorer.
Microsoft itself suggests to users to use Microsoft Edge instead of Internet Explorer (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/17454/lifecycle-faq-internet-explorer).
We would appreciate your feedback.
Thank you in advance.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] 3CX Live Chat – Call option not showingHello @shaheryar21,
Both endpoints should have SSL certificate. WebRTC does not allow sending audio/video over an unsecured connection.

Please verify that your website also has https certificate.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] Feature request: custom CSSHello @brampeerlings ,
Let us check internally if it is possible somehow to expose the configuration via simple CSS files or code embedded in the plugin.
Thank you for your feature suggestion

Your case requires further investigation. For sure I can see that the website is not https. It is a prerequisite for the plugin to work, to be hosted in a site that is https.
It might work in your case for the poppup, because the window that pops up is hosted by PBX which has https certificate. Is it possible to try the same scenario on https site, or assign a valid certificate on your site?
Thank you.
Hello @markit3
Thank you for updating us regarding the compatibility of plugin with CDN.
