I’ve tried to replicate the scenario with the popout configuration and consistently I do not see the phone/video buttons unless one of the queue agents takes the ownership.Please let me know your comments.

Did you try to install the latest release of the plugin? On that version, the issue should be resolved.

I really cannot replicate your issue. I do access the site https://tech2go.ph either on desktop or mobile, and the plugin is working just fine.
Do you access the site with the https://tech2go.ph or you use an alternative URL. If you use a different URL than the one that is specified in your settings (https://pasteboard.co/Ict5J26.jpg) then you will get this kind of messages.Hello @jonnyals ,
Currently, we do not provide the functionality to overwrite all messages that appear in the plugin. We are working on upcoming features, and this is something that we might consider for the future.

I’ve accessed your site both on mobile and desktop, and I can see that in both cases the plugin is working as it should. What is the exact error that you get on desktop?

Please verify that on you 3CX Management Console > Settings > WordPress, you have defined the URL of your website, exactly as you access it.

I can give you some suggestions on how to investigate the issue, but this error seems to be relevant to the setup of your site.- Disable the plugin and check again if your site is loading
- Enable debugging and check the logs
- Check for any missing permissions on directories
- Corrupted .htaccess
- PHP memory limit issues
