It is important to have configured on your PBX on Settings-> WordPress, the URL of your website.
Please verify if this is the case.

For non-WordPress site, we will release soon a blog post, that will mention the steps that you should follow for those cases.

Multiple agents is something supported by the queue engine of 3CX Phone System. As a result on standard version this is not possible.

Also I would like to inform you that the plugin closed by us and resubmitted for approval, in order to get a Plugin URL based on our business requirements.

As a result soon the plugin will be back on the WordPress listing.

Definitely enabling the option to have Click2Talk for Ring Groups is something that we already have in mind. It is something that we can enable at later stage of our product roadmap.

This is a behavior that we’ve identified and to other custom themes implementations. We will include that fix on our upcoming release.
You can try on your WordPress administration to execute the following steps, in order to overcome that problem?

1. Open Appearance -> Customize
2. Click on Additional CSS
3. Add the following code
call-us {
z-index: 9999;
}
4. Click Publish.
