I logged into my Blubrry account but i can’t find some important info. I’ve been registered with you since 2011, but I cannot find how I can update my email address. I will gladly upgrade to paid services too, but I can’t find the email change area in the account settings.

I already purchased MonsterInsights a few hours ago and tied GA to the UserID so I can track users. No need anymore this plugin, but thank you for your fast support~ I think maybe my site is just not compatible.

Thank you. I installed the update but I’m still getting Error 504. I also installed the Heartbeat Control plugin, but it’s not helping. I need to uninstall this unfortunately ??

Thank you, can I donate to get this added now? The plugin looks great but it killing my server. I have a lot of RAM and CPU, but since installing the plugin and purchasing the addon from your website a few days ago, my uptime stats have gone very high and there has been downtime. i’m temporarily deactivating this plugin until there is a way to only get data from the loggedin users.

Yes I need this too and was hoping this plugin could do it. But it appears to only record the sessions login and logout, but not the activity within the session related to which Post or Page a user visits?

Yup, I got that. I have changed it many times over the past month of trying to fix this on my own. The name successfully saves within WP/PowerPress. But Apple does not pick that up. I’ve got to itunesconnect many times to refresh too. It’s odd.

Let me ask you a related question: Should the “Podcast (default channel)” name always have “Podcast (default channel)”, or should it change to reflect the name I added on the Edit page?

Ok I think I solved it. We had custom code that was adding a product to the cart for both logged in and non-logged in users. We changed it to only allowed logged in users to add to the cart. This has dramatically dropped the sessions table to only about 10-15MB.

However, I still suggest a method for an admin to alter the time when the cleanup is run. For example, an admin should be allowed to run it every 2 hours, if so desired.

Ok but I was in touch with Automattic 18 hours ago on their continued checks on my server. They pinpointed one area we are now checking, but if it is the case then It won’t really solve the problem. What would solve the problem is allowing us to tweak and change the frequency by which sessions are automatically cleared, rather than needing to do it manually. But let me continue to work with Automattic on this to get a better idea.

I’m running into this issue on multiple well-maintained WP installs operating on PHP 7.x. @otto42 I searched online for possible reasons and can’t find a reason. Any idea why this seems to be happening? I’ve been on WP for 13+ years and never encountered this before.

I’m still working with Automattic to solve this. I agree it is a stability issue. Once I figured out I should manually clear that table couple times a day, my server load dramatically decreased and my outages (I use pingdom and WPMUDEV to both check for downtime) dropped from a 4-10 outages a day to zero outages. I will let you know more details soon.

@ewan-norman I am working now directly with Automattic support team on finding the problem. I will let you know in the next week what happens and the info we find.

I actually used the “iTunes New Feed URL“ yesterday to change back to the correct URL and now iTunes is updating the podcast again, but the URL in the column on the “Custom Podcast Channels” page still shows the incorrect URL and it also shows incorrectly in a few other areas. Very odd.
