In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] How to add target blank to slide URLs@thesupercargo please check Gutenslider 5.0.18, we updated the control and added a “open in new tab” which automatically adds target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” to the link and is that way just how Gutenberg handles it with links.

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] Gutenslider v5 and babel-polyfilli close this issue for now?
Hey @frauelbe,
sorry for the issue again. We are in a fast release cycle right now because many things changed and many new things are coming. Please understand and forgive. We will in return make the product better, faster and more feature rich.
The issue you adress is easily fixable though. It is most likely connected to the new top + bottom margin setting, which you will find in the “Spacing” Tab in the Block settings. It seems, the new default setting of 20px is accidentially also affecting already existing blocks. However you can just set it to 0 there. We will reset it to 0 as a default in the next version it seems.
If you send us a mail to support@gutenslider.org we can offer free pro or discounts if you have already purchased as a compensation for the issues.
will not fix soon, maybe you can somehow exclude all gutenslider-* files from minification, i guess that would be a cool feature as there will probably be other plugins that serve minified files without .min.js extension.

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] Arrows inactive when in tabbed container@ayek I had a user report a similar issue and purging the caches and disabling css minification helped them, do you use caches / minification plugins you could disable to test if that solves the problem. Of course we would then try fixing with enabled plugins.
@technicalx it is working now if you have latest Gutenslider (>5.0) and Gutenberg installed

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] Update to 5.07 – White Space Showing@mikepfive that staging copy would be nice but only if you have enough spare time. you can send more information to support@gutenslider.org in case.
otherwise I would blame some cached versions and see if others come up with similar issues. closing this.

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] Update to 5.07 – White Space ShowingMike,
we looked at the site and the strange thing is, that parts of the DOM are missing, not hidden by css rules but missing. To investigate further, please just send a hello message to support@gutenslider.org so we can assist personally.
A and threee things you could try please if you did not already:
1. remove / empty caches (e.g. cached minified js / css)
2. click the update button on the post/page with the slider
3. create a new slider with the same images.Niklas
Should be fixed in 5.0.8 which is available from now.
If you like the plugin and our a review on www.ads-software.com would help us alot and make all the developers happy ??
Niklas

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] Update to 5.07 – White Space ShowingAny suggestions regarding what I should do next to help diagnose the problem ?
We will together try to narrow down the reason of the issue. In 90% of the cases it is some theme styles or other plugin styles interferring with Gutenslider styles. So to eliminate sources of error, please:
1. if possible send us an online link that shows the error and wait for an answer from us, if not possible:
2. disable all other plugin and see if the error persists, if yes:
3. switch to an official theme (twenty twentyone e.g.) and see if the error persists, if yes:
4. send us diagnostic data about the system you are on, so we can reproduce the error:
4.1: Operating System + Version (e.g. Windows 10, OSX 10.15, …)
4.2: WordPress Version
4.2: Browser + Browser VersionI am sure we will find the cause.

Can you send a screen capture? can you please test on twenty twentyone theme? While testing on safari 13.x we did not see this.
Understand, we will release it later today.
@maxnett sounds reasonable, do you agree, it also makes sense for fullscreen background sliders?
