@janciriack it was probably a css issue on our side. can you please check if the latest version 4.4.8 fixes the issue, if not also please reply here so we can further investigate.

@calmsmile not yet but we will add this feature in one of the next releases.

it is currently a gutenberg limitation, as you can also see in the core/columns block. What you can do is to create reusable blocks out of your patterns and add them to the slides.

We will update gutenslider immediately if this becomes possible.

we can unfortunately not offer a generic solution for that, as all themes have their own featured image style and logic. But if you give us the url to one of your pages, with a featured image, and a gutenslider, we can assist you finding the required css to achieve that.

can you give a link to a working example how you would like it?

1. There are some ways, which are more or less hacky but work:
a) you can write custom css to place the caption below the image. There are different ways but one could be

.eedee-gutenslider-autocaption {
	background: #fff; /* your background color */
	width: 100%;
}

before setting the align of the slides to bottom. There are other ways with custom css. where you could transform the caption block to the bottom e.g.

2. Gutenslider pro allows to bulk edit captions to only do it once on the slider block instead of on each slide.

Which version of WordPress are you using? Can you upgrade to the latest WordPress version please. If it still does not work, please provide a link to the page you need help with and we help you debug it. Would be nice if you sent more information about your setup because others might also be affected.

We tested different WordPress versions and it all seems to work.

4.4.6 fixes all validation issues. We cannot give support though for genesis framework + gutenslider issues.

checkout 4.4.4. we changed it.

did not see that. Thanks for purchasing. We will update the option later to allow a max of 30 seconds. Is that enough?

1. Arrows are fixed now in version 4.4.3
2. slide duration setting is a pro feature. If you are a javascript dev, there is also a way to change it in javascript
