Today’s troubleshooting showed that two other plug-ins are causing the warning => Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Otter and Orbit Fox Companion.

the troubleshooting showed that the warning disappeared in both cases:
A. Eliminating Elementor
or
B Eliminating Neve ThemeBoth of them are heavily used in my website building.

In reply to: [Neve] Neve theme is causing a Warning: count()Troubleshooting shows that the Warning disappears after either a) changing to the Twenty-Twenty default theme or b) disabling the Elementor plugin.
So, following logic, fixing either of the problems provides disabling the Warning message.

But I am not a software professional, so I don’t know where to find
the_content();
to replace it with
while ( have_posts() ) : the_post();

I use the NEVE theme. There is no warning message with Twenty-Twenty theme, but I can’t use it.
Any help?

Twenty Twenty theme does not cause any Warning.

I disabled the fatal error by upgrading PHP to 7.4.
