There isn’t any shortcode for the remaining balance check. Registered user can only check the balance from MY ACCOUNT section. Guest users can’t check the balance.

However, users can check the remaining balance on their vouchers.
To do so, please navigate to?My Account > Gift Vouchers
Example:?https://example.com/my-account/gift-vouchers/

You can not add fund to the existing voucher. You need to create a new one for the same user.

We will be releasing an updated version soon, as we have modified the logic for the video component.
The message “Sorry, This video does not exist” will no longer appear in the updated version if the video section is enabled with video link from backend settings.

We have launched a new version of the plugin 1.4.0, Can you please update the plugin and check. This issue will be resolved for you.

Still not then try once deactivate and activate the plugin. It should work for you. Let me know if you still facing issue with this.

The “About” content is manageable from the backend. Once the plugin is installed, the backend settings come with dummy content, which can be modified here: screenshot. We’ll make changes to ensure that H1 and H2 tags are not used for headings in the backend settings and will adjust the default to H3.

The data saving functionality is working fine on our end, so there might be a JavaScript issue or something else on your site that’s preventing updates. However, we’ve confirmed that the backend settings are functioning as expected on our side.

Could you please provide us with access details via email at [email protected] so that we can investigate the issue you’re experiencing in more detail?

I guess it may be conflict with some other plugin JS when minify or combine JS / CSS. We will check this in our future version of the plugin regarding to this.
