when i click it, it shows the content down, is it jquery or javascript?

Tara Can you help me with this;
1-header. The “Get started” in in a white rectangle. Can you please put the rectangle around the blog and faq tab. when you hover over the faQ and blog tab I want them to turn burgundy. That line under the tabs. home, our process, membership options etcs. I want that line to also be burgundy whenever you hover over each tab.

2–for the our process page. I want you to make the links show character when you hover over them. (when you 1st logon to this page it’s also screwing up) please look into this

3–When you log onto home page, the page is messing up. and when you scroll down the picture is moving, before the back ground pictures were stationed when you scroll up and down(staying still) can you look into this please

4-Please remove the featured singles from the members options
also, I need a background for Men and woman on the membership options page.
can you think of a more creative way to sort the men and woman link on the membership option page?.

5 -pop-up needs to match our website theme.
