After installation within three steps:1. Upload the plugin folder Chats to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
3. Add you website to your account on https://www.wp-chat.com. If you has no account, please register first.Then, you must login into your account at wp-chat.com directly from your installed Chats plugin to activate the Chats plugin.
After that you will need check the plugin status and select one of them.
The status of chat can be: Online/Offline/Invisible.Chats support

You can remove “Powerd by” at wp-chat dashboard.

Since version 1.0.6.8 it was fixed.
In your email client, if you click on “answer” button – you will see, that answer will be sent to email adress and name of user.
We’ll add the NAME and EMAIL to the “message body” as additional information within next plugin update.
Please, check for Chats plugin updates during next two days.
