If yes, try to refresh the page with shift+F5.

By default TinyMCE Advanced sets the Font Family drop down under unused buttons.
In order to see the dropdown, please update the TinyMCE Advanced settings:
1. In the admin menu choose settings and then TinyMCE Advanced.
2. Drag the Font Family drop down from the unused buttons and drop it in the toolbar on the top.Hope it helps

Currently, you can change font to a selected text or to a certain page.
