Ok. Looking forward to a solution.
Would be good for many. For Klarna as well.
Thanks.
You have said this for years now already, like several years. At some point we have to doubt your word. It is not like we are asking you to create a new feature or some extraordinary functionality, but just to make it work with something (another plugin) that is legally reqquired in Germany. And tehre are roughly only two, the other being Woocommerce Germanized. It rather seems you have some kind of pact to keep the market tight.
This used to work fine with WCML so sth. got messy with the updates.
Looking forward to tangible results in hard times. Thanks.

Ok. Thanks.
Carriers are dpd, UPS. Neither works. Obviously the service point delivery is the shipping method, read the text. It even says so.
Just check the issue and resolve the issue. We do not send emails, your support does take too long. You need a couple of seconds to check, confirm and then decide how to resolve it. It seems you are no IT staff so please forward it. Else, it is just a waste of time.

In reply to: [Trustpilot Reviews] Incompatibility WPML/WoocommerceIt is some indirect incompatibility with another plugin. Resolved.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Checkout title unstable with WPMLThe WPML settings are nothing unusual, we use directories for different languages. You may get a better test behaviour if you switch WC-settings-general-default customer location to no location by default.
We just skip that issue for now and will let customers decide, whether they want to select Klarna if they do not understand the language.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Checkout title unstable with WPMLAs you know, this issue is not really directly related to WPML, but it is an inherent Klarna issue how this plugin loads the relevant language based on Customer Billing Country in checkout.
That is the only relevant variable determining the language of the Klarna payment title. How and whether WPML actually accommodates this behaviour you should know. Likely not at all accommodating.
For example, you have countries x1,…,xn in Checkout (Billing Country). And select in this plugin Klarna settings country c1,…,cm. Then go to any WPML language l1,…,lk and choose any < x in {x1,..,xn}, for which x equals any c in {c1,…,cm} >. Then repeat steps in <…> since this plugin is not stable, then switch to any l in {l1,…,lk} and repeat steps in <…> and you will have some unstable behaviour.
For example, using l1=German and l2=English and switching from c1=German=x1 to c2=Finland=x2, while l1 is selected, then you will get some mixed German/Finnish Pay later title “Maksa my?hemmin. Was ist Klarna?”.
Hence, please be so kind and clean this up, this is not supposed to be like that. And it is not WPML dependent, because your plugin does not load any translations from WPML for Pay now, Pay later, Slice it.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Checkout title unstable with WPMLOk.
Would be really good if you can make this experience with Klarna more fluent. people just play around switching languages sometimes and it just happens that only Klarna keeps being unstable showing Klarna methods on WPML, German for example.
It is just non-intuitive for any customer to change billing country in WC checkout to s.th. else, then back to German for example, just to get Klarna show the correct language in the checkout.
And we do not want to tell the customer they shall do this weird switching of billing countries, because it looks/sounds like Klarna does not work correctly.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Checkout title unstable with WPMLThis issue is only resolved once you reselect the billing/shipping country in checkout, i.e. even if you have the right country preselected, once switching language with WPML, and not reselecting the same country in the checkout, Klarna shows the wrong language for payment methods.
Yes, that is correct. They would not redirect to the Stripe sources, but just redirect to the overview pages.
We cannot say that this applies for each and every checkout flow that differs from the standard Woocommerce checkout flow, but it does for using your plugin with German Market and maybe with other plugins as well that cannot conform to the standard checkout flow.

Hi,
This is no feature request, but an incompatibility issue. You need to test it and verify with Stripe/Marketpress and then make adjustments.
We are not the developers and if we exactly knew what the the problem is, then I would not be writing here.
So you might have a look.
Thanks.
Hi,
1. Ok.
2. Yes, we know that since as said “Our Stripe account is fully set up for test/live.”
3. Obviously, we must know that too since we cited this URL.However, your plugin is out of the box actually. The error source why in test nothing happens is, because under German law we cannot use the standard Woocommerce checkout flow, i.e. we use Woocommerce German Market (by marketpress) as extension to accommodate the legal requirements.
Hence, your plugin is not compatible as far as it concerns sources (e.g. Alipay, iDEAL, Sofort, etc.; ok with cards), i.e. s.th. is wrong with the verification token which isn’t transferred (not valid anymore after the Woo checkout page) to the order overview page (child of Woo checkout page). We must use this overview page in Germany, it is a legal requirement.
Maybe, you can take this incompatibility into consideration/correct it. Else, your plugin seems to work fine.
Thanks.
