What’s interesting is that I opened the same page on my mobile device (Oneplus 3T, full hd) and had the exact same issue in portrait mode. THen I refreshed the page and it was solved.

I would prefer not to change the layout on a production site until you haven’t checked.
I could not reproduce on emulator but I guess using a real device (browserstack? or similar) could get the trick done

If you can’t reproduce it either, I’ll see if I can get another round of feedback by using the default template

@supsysticcom turns out jQuery is not loaded when the plugin calls for it.
I have a couple of plugins that might have an effect (SG-Optimizer by Siteground deferring javascript loading and autoptimize concatenating JS) but both of them have jquery excluded from any optimization.

What’s really weird it was working for a while and then – without making any particular change – it stopped working.

Apparently this was happening because I was logged in as admin

What file should these changes be applied to?

It now seems to work correctly

I would rather just give you temporary admin access so you can see exactly which properties have which status and in the frontend how it appears.

How can I send this safely to you? (I can use https://send.firefox.com/ but I need a way to contact you privately)
