This error is typically caused by the Query Monitor plugin. I understand that you deactivated it, but can you please check to see if the Drop-In plugin on your site is the Query Monitor one? If so, try disabling that as well and see if it fixes it.

The featured image issue is a recently discovered problem that we’re working on a fix for.

That said, it shouldn’t have duplicated the images multiple times unless the import settings were set to do that. If you’d like us to check why this happened, please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL along with brief instructions on how we can reproduce and see it ourselves.

Unfortunately, the TruSEO score can only be calculated when a post is manually opened since the analysis is done in real time. That said, you can safely ignore that it’s missing, as it has no impact on your SEO; it is just there to provide suggestions for improving the SEO.

That should be possible with custom code and the http_api_curl hook ( https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/hooks/http_api_curl/ ), but you’d have to contact the image host and ask them what they require for authorization.

The problem is that the image host is throwing a 403 Forbidden error when WP All Import tries to download it:

403 Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access the URL on this server.

You’ll have to ask the image host to whitelist your server’s IP address to get this fixed.

What do you mean with “add-on”? Does it work with the free version or do I have to buy the pro version of Permalink Manager Lite ?

The free version of Permalink Manager has an add-on built-in that adds a “Permalink Manager” section to the import template where you can import the permalink structure. See https://d.pr/i/7hPow4.

is it possible to import attributes like Features & Amenities or Neighborhoods without creating a property?

Those are taxonomies, and unfortunately the free version of our plugin does not support direct taxonomy imports.

As a workaround, you could import them in a properties import with a dummy title and the post status set to “trash”. For the Unique Identifier, type something static in, like “dummy identifier”, and it’ll bring in the taxonomy terms with only 1 trashed property imported.

If you manually create a user in WordPress with the “Send the new user an email about their account” option enabled, does it send out an email? You can use this plugin to log the attempted emails: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/.

Unfortunately, adding the parent category for each delimited list of categories would require a custom PHP function, which our free plugin doesn’t support. You’ll have to modify the category data in the import file manually before it’s uploaded to WP All Import.

Unfortunately, our plugin and WordPress itself only allows you to define the slug on a per-post basis. The permalink structure has to be set via Settings ? Permalinks in WordPress: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/settings-permalinks-screen/.

I used to work with Permalink Manager Lite Plugin. But not anymore. Is there another free permalink plugin that does the job?

I’m afraid that Permalink Manager is the only one I’m aware of that has an add-on for WP All Import.
