I found the problem, there is a little down arrow that shows a display for a ‘drop-down’ (I’m using radio buttons, not drop down) that defaults to what ever is shown the label with – between words. This is what is written to the database. This needs to be deleted and then tabbed back in by tabbing through the above label.

If you haven’t clicked the down arrow, then you won’t see and won’t have a clue its a problem.

still having the same issue @katmoody, I had removed your backup plugin and managed to get 1 backup from another plugin, the 2nd plugin now doesn’t work. I have removed that and returned to your plugin because it still works fine on all my other sites. I have enabled support.
I am going to ftp the site to my hard drive so I can update it to the latest version of wordpress.
This is the only site that has woocommerce running!
Any help you can give would be great.
