Thank you for the review. We appreciate all feedback.
We are very transparent about our pricing model, including in the plugin’s description and on our website.
We’re striving to achieve a really good balance (compared to other plugins) between the free features & our premium features.
There are no plugins for “100% GDPR proof compliance”. GDPR is a complex law, some chapters and requirements may apply to a website, while others may not. We’re working on various ideas and features so that we can deliver the best plugin to help a website be compliant with the GDPR law (plus others).
Will do! It’s on our roadmap for our future releases.
Marking this as Done until we receive more information about the error.
We’re preparing version 2.2.9 for release with various bug fixes.
Please send us a screenshot to see the error.
Version 2.2.8 with the bug fix for this error has been pushed just now.
It should work now. Sorry for the trouble, thanks!
We’re investigating and we’ll reply as soon as possible.

@mmct We’re on it.
Please send us a message with a screenshot to see the error and we’ll push a bug fix as soon as possible.
Hello,
We received your email and replied back. We’ve sent you our future plugin version (ZIP archive) to test out to see if it’s working for you.
We’ll release that plugin version in the next couple of days.
Please let us known via email if it’s working or not. If not, we’ll investigate more.
We don’t have this functionality. You can create variants of a policy by creating two different pages.
Unfortunately, the current version doesn’t have excerpts support added.
However, I’ve added this as a priority task and we’ll have it ready in the next plugin update that we’ll release in the upcoming weeks.

Hi there!
Thanks for the feedback. The plugin doesn’t publish the legal pages as posts or normal WP pages, but as custom pages (ie. WP AutoTerms Legal Page).
You can disable the added links from WP AutoTerms > Compliance Kits > Links to Legal pages and disable it from there.
Once a legal page has been created a short code is available for you to use in any other WP Pages or Posts to show the content of that legal page. The short code is shown at WP AutoTerms > All Legal Pages > See the “Short code” column.
Hi Jonathan,
Please send us a message from “WP AutoTerms > Help > Send us a message” form with the “Extended” option selected so we can have a list of plugins + PHP version used.
We’ll troubleshoot & provide a fix as soon as possible.
Also, it would help if you can send any related log files from the server. For this, you’ll need access to the website’s server folder, ie. FTP Manager? Login to cPanel/File Manager and find a file named
error_log
in any of the following locations:– public_html/
– public_html/wp-content/plugins/auto-terms-service….
– public_html/wp-content/themes/YOUR_THEME_HEREYou can send these to our email address in a separate email mentioning this support thread.
If the above solution doesn’t work, kindly contact us via email or through WP AutoTerms > Help > Send us a message form to investigate.
@outdooru Sounds like a CSS issue. What’s the website URL?
You can go to WP AutoTerms > Links to Legal Pages > Custom CSS and apply around with the
z-index
value:.wpautoterms-footer { z-index: 1000 !important; }
.wpautoterms-footer { z-index: 100 !important; }
.wpautoterms-footer { z-index: 1 !important; }
