This fatal error recorded on the error log file, and site down after we upgraded to the latest version of your plugin from 1.10.0.

It might be your browser’s default browser. Or your existing theme.
Try changing theme also.

yoramzara , Check theme header.php file.
I think jQuery file has been added manually in the theme file itself.

Login to ftp and delete the file at wp-content/advanced-cache.php

Are you on a multisite??
If not , try reactivating the plugin..

If it still doesnt work. Please keep the plugin disabled and wait for the next release. Plugin author Fredrick has explained it in this thread

To deactivate the plugin , rename the plugin folder using ftp or file manager of your hosting provider.

Then login in to wordpress Admin panel , then again visit plugins page.
After that , rename the plugin folder back to what it was.

Now, you also have to go to public_html/wp-content/w3tc-config folder and chmod to 777 and test if the plugin is working or not after activation.

Ramrod , In network dashboard,
Step 1 : Go to General Settings , under Performance menu.
Step 2 : Go to Miscellaneous section and there you have two important options :

Use single network configuration file for all sites.
and Hide performance settings .

Read the description and uncheck both of them as per your requirment.

This is not because of w3 total cache. Please make sure that your theme is not adding an additional jquery file.

Please provide your website url , so that i can check it and help you out.

The new w3 total cache has network compatibility. It does have bugs. But its way better than the older one.

Please post more details on what problem you are facing with the plugin.

You need to make sure that all other plugins are wordpress 3.5.1 compatible.

Step 1 : Go to Miscellaneous section in Network Dashboard’s General Setings under Performance.
Step 2 : uncheck Hide performance settings

That will remove performance in menu for subsites.

Go to Miscellaneous section and uncheck Verify rewrite rules.
even if you see the errors in the backend, it might be working just fine.
