Thanks for reaching out! It seems that your site is using the new WooCommerce “Block” structure for cart and checkout pages instead of the traditional shortcode-based setup. Currently, the Gift Wrapper plugin is compatible only with WooCommerce’s classic shortcode-based cart and checkout pages, not with the block-based versions.
We’re sorry we can’t help with the block structure at the moment, but we’re actively working on that feature.

We tried to replicate the issue on our end but were unable to. From the error message, it seems like WordPress Customizer is not being defined properly in your setup somehow. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Ensure that your WordPress installation is updated to the latest version.
- Try switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) to check if the issue persists.
- Deactivate all other plugins and reactivate them one by one to see if there’s a conflict with another plugin.
- Clear your browser cache or try in incognito mode.

We’ve published a quick fix for that, if you can upgrade to version 1.2.9 it should be fixed.
Just FYI, the generate image button is working only after you filled all the content for the product. Because it uses product details to generate images. We are planning to upgrade and redesign all WooCommerce parts of the plugin. So we will release more features on it soon. But for a quick fix, please upgrade the plugin and let us know if you need more help on this topic.

We didn’t want to wait for next week and we just fixed that in 1.2.7 version. So if you can update your plugin to latest version, it should work again.

You can go to this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/aibuddy-openai-chatgpt/advanced/ and choose the version from Previous Versions section and download.
We will check this issue really quick and I can give the guarentee that we will definitely fix it in 1.2.7 next week release.
