In our plugin, you can tweak your memory limit from “Advance Settings”. But if that doesn’t work for you, you need to ask your server administrator to increase memory limit for your site.Thanks.

The error message “maximum execution time exceeded” can be occurred if your backup or restore process exceed this time limit.
You have two way to increase this.
1. You can go to our plugin’s settings page. There is an option “Advance settings”. You can increase your Script execution time. And re run the backup/restore process.
2. You can ask your server administrator to increase your PHP script execution time.
There are no specific problem in our plugin that cause this.

Thanks for your message.The error “Allowed memory size exhausted” occurred when your backup or restore requires more memory than your PHP memory limit. There are no issue in the plugin that cause this.
But we have few workarounds.
1. In our plugin page, there is an “advance settings” option and increase your memory limit. Try the backup/restore process, see if your memory limit can be extended in PHP runtime or not.2. If that doesn’t solve this, you need to consult with your server administrator to increase memory limit in your PHP settings.
Sometimes, if you have large site or small memory capacity in your server this error can occurred.

– But in the database image name got trimmed if first character is special character. Am I right?It would be helpful if you just provide us 1 or 2 image name that was affected by this.

Good to know your restoration worked.But for your browser issue, our backup/restore process doesn’t change anything in your site. So it would be advise that you can debug why something not working on Firefox.

1. Simply host that backup zip somewhere where you can get an URL to directly download the zip.
2. Install the plugin and restore from that URL.

Thabks for reporting this. But we never experienced this image missing issues.Can you please tell us what exactly was missing? In the backup zip, images were not there or it failed only during restore?
