I apologize for any frustration you may have experienced while using our web software. We understand the importance of having a smooth and hassle-free experience while using our platform.
We took this feedback very seriously. After investigation, we found that it was a bug on our end. The notification should never have stayed upon after dismissing it. We’ve changed the logic, refactored the code, and pushed an update to fix it. I hope it demonstrates how serious we’re about fixing the issues ASAP.I’m extremely sorry for the nagging behavior you might have faced. I want to assure you that we never intended to be persistent. It was always designed to be dismissible.
We are constantly working to improve the plugin and provide the best possible experience to our customers. We hope the updated release fixes the issue for good.

Can you give me screenshot of the persistent nag overlay? It should only appear when trying to access a premium feature,not always.
Seems like a bug and we’d love to solve it asap. It’d be awesome if you you can record a short loom video or similar
These are added to add native support to Flatsome theme. Are you having other issues when this is placed?
We do this to ensure a great first time experience for Flatsome users automatically

This is actually not correct. We only collect your info when you click “Allow” from the top bar after plugin installation. We fully respect your privacy.
It seems you had enabled the data collection via “Allow” button after installing the plugin. Sorry if you hadn’t intended that to do

I’m very sorry that you faced issues with emails. I’m very sorry. This should have never happened in the first place.
The unsubscribe link should have worked without issues and I’m very interested to investigate it personally – to make sure it doesn’t happen anymore.

The system setting will not have top priority if switch is on. We give the switch more priority. If the user plays with the switch, we store that preference and show the dark mode according to the switch (igniting what the system mode is). You can bypass it by turning of any switch to appear on your website
We’re very sorry that you got prompts. Usually one should get only 1 time notification. Can you please share if you got the notification more than once?
