The recipe block will only show the post that is created via Recipes > Add New. We noticed that you have created the post using the normal post Editor. So, it is not showing any post when using that block.
If you publish the recipes using the plugin, then only you will be able to use the block to display the desired recipes.

Some of the strings (mainly the dashboard) cannot be translated using Loco Translate as it doesn’t support JS strings translation.
If the translation is done in www.ads-software.com, then it will reflect on your dashboard. We recommend you translate the strings on WordPress so that along with you other users will also be able to use the plugin in French language.

Once the translation is done, it needs to be validated by the Translation team. You can make the request in Polyglots forum.

Thank you for providing details about the issues.
There are two possible reasons for the issues:
1. Your site has an SSL certificate installed and it loads smoothly on the front end. But under Settings > General, your WordPress Address(URL) and Site Address (URL) are in http, not https. Please ensure that it is consistent.
2. The Permalink is configured incorrectly. We recommend you to change the permalinks settings to Post name under Settings > Permalinks.

Maybe the plugin Blossom Recipe Maker is still active. Since you have migrated the content to Delicious Recipes, please deactivate Blossom Recipe Maker and clear your website cache. This will resolve the issue.

The front end translation works with Loco Translate. However, to translate the backend strings, the translation must be done on www.ads-software.com and be approved. Then it will automatically apply the translation to the plugin.
I recommend you translating the plugin on www.ads-software.com so that along with you other users can also use the plugin in the French language.
