We don’t recommend making any modifications to the theme file directly as the changes will be lost when you update the plugin. If you want to make modifications, you should create a child theme.

The dev team informed me that it is because the theme doesn’t have support for our plugin.

You can ask the theme dev team to add the below code in their functions.php.

add_theme_support('delicious_recipes');

Alternatively, you can also create a child theme and add the above code.

You can set the sidebar for your single recipe post via Appearance > Widgets > Under Delicious Recipes Sidebar.

For archive pages, the theme’s sidebar feature controls it.

You don’t need the Pro version for this feature. The sidebar feature is provided by the theme.

Please share your website link and the theme you are using so we can inspect and provide you with a solution.

It might be just showing as a warning. It means that your recipe hasn’t received any reviews/ratings.

Once you receive it, it is updated with the average rating value.
