PickupType has no effect on the service codes. PickupType affects the prices.

When checking prices on the UPS website, are you logged into the same account that is used in the plugin?

In plugin default set of calculation method is sum. If you set two conditions you receive the total cost of these conditions. There is no possibility to stop one condition and apply other condition. This option is available in PRO version. https://www.wpdesk.net/products/flexible-shipping-pro-woocommerce/

So, if you don’t want to sum cost you should use one condition in one method

Yes, Flexible Shipping works with the WooCommerce 2.6 Shipping Zones.

You can setup shipping zones in WooCommerce and then assign shipping methods created with our plugin based on weight.
