Since the latest WordPress update, there has been some jQuery issues which are being fixed and a new version update is being released as soon as possible.
Until then, please use the following CSS codes to tackle the problem. Add these codes in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

.everest-forms_page_evf-builder .everest-forms .everest-forms-overlay, .everest-forms_page_evf-entries .everest-forms .everest-forms-overlay, .everest-forms_page_evf-settings .everest-forms .everest-forms-overlay {
display: none !important;
}

By default, the WordPress uses PHP mail function to process emails. However, if you are using a SMTP plugin, then the emails are sent using any one of the mailer services provided by that plugin. For further details, please contact the SMPT plugin team.
