I would suggest checking the issue by setting up a fresh installation of WordPress and WooCommerce + Woocommerce Partial Shipment locally or on a development site and confirm.

Hi @shani08 , you can download the migration addon plugin here.
just install it and activate it and once the data is migrated you can disable the addon and remove it again.

Hi @birken , We checked the plugin with the latest WooCommerce version, and everything is working fine on our end. Therefore, it is most likely an issue on your end that is preventing the approval of the request. There might be some other updates or code on your end causing this interruption.

Hi @albyse , right now there is no option like that and woocommerce core part don’t allow to cancel a specific product from a order, but there could be a refund for a specific product.

we will try adding refund or some type of credit point for specific product in future.

Hi @maheakh , Please disable the “Woocommerce Partial Shipment” Plugin and check the JavaScript errors in the browser console, if any error is there please fix that first and enable the plugin again.
