Thanks for reaching us, kindly check your license manager settings for license key delivery inside WordPress Dashboard -> WooCommerce Settings ->click License Manager Tab -> WooCommerce section

That might not be set so kindly select the order status on which you would like to deliver the license key.

Yes it’s a big change in the plugin because we have added many new features in the plugin.

New Features:

• License Activations
• PDF Certificates
• Option to migrate past order license generator tools
• User can view their license activations from My Account page
• Added ‘delete’ API endpoint
• Speed Optimization

Regarding the vulnerability, As per WordPress suggestions, we have add/changes to some functions in the code level to improve code efficiency and security which is good.

So you don’t have to worry about the latest release of License Manager.
