Hi Peter, thanks for getting back. My host says there’s not much happening, even though five sites are stuck in the same situation. I’ll continue investigating.

In phpMyAdmin, I can observe the Wordfence folder, which is currently deactivated but I can’t look inside, rename or delete it; it just says “Contact the Administrator.”

Are the files I mentioned legit threats or false positives?  

Please confirm, so I can proceed and try deleting them.

Also, the first time you login to your WP panel after the plugin is delete, the only sign to know that it happened is this message: “El plugin?wordfence/wordfence.php?ha sido desactivado debido a un error: El plugin no tiene una cabecera válida.” “The plugin wordfence/wordfence.php has been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.” Hope this helps.

Hello Mark, thanks for your reply. In order to avoid this situation I deactive option “Block IPs who send POST requests with blank User-Agent and Referer”

Descargué la versión del plugin desde el panel en EnvíoPack. No se ven de la misma forma, por ejemplo el que está acá, no me permite seleccionar los dos envíos (Sucursal y Domicilio). El de EnvíoPack tiene más detalles. Supongo que falta alguna actualización ??

– But {url} parameter it’s not working (assume compatibility) so I just put a simple text message.
– No cache plugin installed yet to simplify tests.
– Regarding “Looks like you don’t have WhatsApp installed!” Could be for Custom Shortcode compatibility??

Hi @gabyimagely sorry, but I decided to delete Nextgen, because it also affected Instagram Feed https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/instagram-feed/ and Smart Slider 3

Replace with https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/album-and-image-gallery-plus-lightbox/

I love Nextgen!! and use it since creation (many years ago), but I never experience a situation like this. Hope the provided information is helpful.

Hi Gaby, I did all that, but the problem is that actually the galleries were deleted from de gallery folder…that’s big issue
I have a backup and I`m working on restore form there with a lot of extra work…

Just as a reference, WP, plugins and themes were updated, hosting ok, Wordfence running.

Same situation, after upgrade I lost all my galleries…I deactivated Nextgen, and all plugins, themes, etc. But nothing

Hi @icaleb, still with the same problem.
On Billing page, Email to Client and Admin, the Provincia field shows only first letter.

Thanks for the tip @siliquan – I deactivated the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin, cleared cache with WP-Optimize, activated plugin and now seems to be working fine.
