If you create, a category named sliderpost and when you create a post put that on that category if you want to be slide.

And after that, go theme leaf options and choose the sliderpost category as Slider category

There are many possibilities

Easy way :If you do not want the post title anywhere, simply, go to post and remove the title and keep it blank.

I am not an expert of wordpress but looking at, you can make some improvement:

-1 You have two search bar : 1 is enough
-2. In header, you are putting lot of space for nothing.
-3 Some menu says : Content not found : is this normal
-4. For sharing the post : You have like 4 gadget who do the same thing. Once again, one is enough

I do not understand exactly about your first question

but for the second one : go to Theme—Menu and create a menu and add page that you want.
And make sure at your left, there is postion to choose which menu you want to display. On that list, choose the menu that you just created

You have to create a a menu for that 8 pages in Themes-Menu

After that, go to widget and add a custom menu at sidebar left and select the menu you just created on the list purpose
