Hello,
I’m not the author, just a user like you, and noticed today that the plugin was back in the repo.

Having said that, it seems to be throwing an error for some users (me included) that can however be resolved using a fix given in one of the author’s support threads:

Dear Asya,
We are currently using v. 2.3.34 of the plugin and I believe it is the Pro version (thus the difference in version numbers I suppose). We were unable to ask for Pro support as the email we used to register is no longer active and thus can’t do a password recovery.

The plugin is currently deactivated on this site: https://brungelmino.it/
but we use it on various others.

Many thanks for this fix however it’s still not working.

The up/down arrows move the videos up/down in the gallery edit page, I then save but unfortunately it doesn’t change the position of the actual elements embedded into a page using the shortcode. Whatever I do, they still appear in alphabetical order.
BTW I’m using a Vimeo Gallery

A quick note for @srbuzz: just discovered videos seem to be ordered according to alphabetical order of “Enter gallery item title” value (first field). I’ve found you can use either letters or numbers to order them.

I would also love to see the re-order function (numerical box with position numbers?) as the order does appear to be random at the moment.
In addition, a “duplicate gallery” command could be helpful since this is still not available as a WP core feature.
