We have checked and the gap is uniform. The gap is maintained uniform with featured image and not the paragraph text. Can you check in the post with featured image?

Can you share the error message you get while updating the theme?
We have checked our theme with php 8.0.8 and its working completely fine. Please get support with the server team to get update your php version without any issue.
