little update to help the developer…

yesterday i switched this pref and set the email option to send the admin an email for all users who completed the quiz – and i received no emails

i just now set it back to disable and i instantly got a flood of emails

so setting the option to ENABLE admin emails for all users DISABLES the email function and, apparently, created a back log of emails

setting it to DISABLE admin emails ENABLES the function

eh – something is very wrong on my end – the ‘#flags {‘ selector DOES work exactly as it should when i add it vie Firebug, but for some reason it’s not working in my themes css (which is valid) – i’ll have to do some troubleshooting…

i wonder if “flags” could be conflicting with another style, maybe in a plugin???

even if not, may be worthwhile avoiding a possible conflict by naming to something like “glt-flags”

using the #flags … selector (or whatever it’s called) has no effect – it doesn’t reposition the flags and i don’t know why

using ‘#flags a {‘ does work, but with the caveats mentioned above … and now that i think about it, this is why the order of the flags is reversed ??

were you able to move the div to the right using only ‘#flags {‘?

if so, i’m doing something wrong

FEATURE REQUESTS…

i think several of the features contained in ecSTATic would make very good additions to a security plugin, particularly…

* detection, logging and banning of long URI’s to help fight injections
* detection, logging and banning of requests, such as ‘/wp-login.php’
* detection, logging and banning of multiple requests from the same IP within a specified time in seconds (flooding, DOS)

in addition i think better logging would be a good idea…

* ability to sort log data by clicking on column header
* new column added to log data with button to ban IP

again, i think it would be well worth checking out ecSTATic for its detection and blacklisting features which i think are really quite good

i use a caching plugin if you think that might be a possible cause
