In reply to: [WP-DBManager] [Plugin: WP-DBManager] auto-backup fails, manual worksforgot to post back here…
i reinstalled the plugin and that got it working. i don’t recall if i deleted the prefs from the database or not, but i probably didthanks Ofer – hopefully the LBP dev will take care of this
for others having the same problem, the simplest work around it is to enable LBP first, then Transposh

In reply to: [Cart66 Lite :: WordPress Ecommerce] lost sales: cart emptythe customer, which i just lost, finally got back to me – he was using both Firefox 3.6.18 and IE 8.0.6001.18702.
he states that he tried several times to reset security and privacy preferences in both browsers to their default and… cart empty
think that might be security feature? i can’t recall, but you could check the docs. how long is a “long time”?
did you try resetting the security, privacy and advanced options for IE?
i don’t have 7, but i just re-tested with 9 and it seems to work ok
also C66 1.1.4 was just released – give that a whirl (the css bug was fixed that was introduced in 1.1.3 as well)

In reply to: Error on checkout with [checkout_manual] in Cart66 Lite pluginsimilar problem here also
LAMP
C66 1.1.3
PHP 5.2.17
MySQL 5.0.92-50PHP Fatal error: Class 'Cart66Account' not found in /home/dirorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cart66-lite/views/checkout-form.php on line 2
i’m not using [checkout_manual] though – on my checkout page i have
[cart mode="read"] [checkout_paypal]
i’m having trouble reproducing this error
i’m also concerned sales may be affected since i have not recorded any sales that correspond with the approx. time of the error, nor any sales at all actually, since the last update (1.1.3).
it’s working for me, but i don’t remember what i did… or if i did anything! try disabling all other plugs would be my suggestion. i’m sure i didn’t do anything with mod_rewrite, so i think there is a good chance it was due to a plugin. also, are using C66 v1.1.2?
did you try the default theme?
failing that, i don’t know what else to suggest. one of the C66 devs will probably show up hopefully ??@whatbox – this might be plugin conflict. try disabling and re-enabling until you find it. i’d be curious to know what plugin is causing it if you care to post back.
@devon – i just tested this and had the same problem, though resetting IE permissions fixed this. in particular, check that IE works with default cookie and JS permissions.
i cannot speak for chrome
the problem here is that, if cookies/JS are restricted/denied, then i think C66 should catch this so it can prompt the user rather than leave the user frustrated and wondering why their cart is always empty.
ok, thanks
sorry for the bother. knowing the limitations, i’ll adjust accordingly ??
again, great plugin!hi ben
out of curiosity, what happens on your end if you put a plain text block on it’s own line in<p></p>
, then view the source in your browser?don’t know if i can be of any use, but did you try deactivating and reactivating?
are you using any security plugs that might interfere?
try disabling all other plugins that might conflict?
