  • I have a simliar issue with the default WP login page. The page has been customized and uses a plugin Logo Login.

Viewing the https version of the page in IE the security alert errors pop up. I viewed the page source and see the logo is pulling from an HTTP source and not HTTPS.

How exactly do I force ssl on this default WP login page using your plugin?

    Thanks

You could convert the Table layouts to CSS. It’s not that hard to do Robin. WordPress is a great option for shopping carts and stores. I like eCart better because it looks more professional but that look also requires a PayPal Pro account and there is a 20% merchant hold of every sale (for 90 days to guard against chargebacks) so maybe you might not like that about eCart. Otherwise just get the WebAssist.com PayPal Button extension (it’s free) and you can make PayPal buttons right in Dreamweaver…

    Hi Esmi,

I do not know exactly where to add the sidebar to the same container as the content area.

I have toyed with firebug and web developer on Firefox all Saturday and simply could not figure out how to do this.

Garaughty, I adjusted these 50 times or more and never could come up with the right result.

All I want to do is try and add a display add the size of 300 x 250 into the sidebar and get the page content to not run into the sidebar.

I’m completely stumped. If there are some resources on how to do this please direct me I am completely frustrated and have no idea what else to try…

I am using eCart 4 by WebAssist.com for Dreamweaver websites. Requires that the vendor have a PayPal Merchant Pro account at least for some of the desired functionality in processing payments from a static website (this is not the PayPal Standard type of a cart button it is more sophisticated and can match the look and feel of any website through modifying css).

The only “open source” ecommerce solution I know of is MagentoCommerce.org.

Unfortunately none of these do anything to answer your question but maybe they will be helpful in the future.
