Hi @magicpowers,
How can I stop the slide-in from appearing on every single page and post the visitor opens during the same visit?
You can try 2 approaches here and see which one suits you the best.
One would be to edit your Slide-in and then go to Visibility tab, add “Number of times visitor has seen” condition and set number of times that the visitor should see the slide-in.Or you can go to Behavior tab and under “Closing Behavior” section and set “Do not show this slide-in across the site” behavior.
Also, when I enabled “never show this message again” – it shows outside of the slide-in and well below it, over the content of the page which is difficult to notice especially on mobile phone. Is it possible to make it closer to the box and more visible?
You can use some custom CSS and style the .hustle-nsa-link class that way.
Something like this for example:.hustle-nsa-link { background: #fff; margin: 0!important; } .hustle-nsa-link a { color: #000!important; }
You can add this under Appearance tab in your Slide-in by enabling Custom CSS field and customize it further to your liking.

PredragHi @landryshri,
I did some tests with Divi and Forminator and I’m afraid that the issue is that the Divi reCaptcha loads on all of the pages, regardless if the Divi’s contact form is set up only for a single page.
This is something that you should check with Divi developers and see if their reRecaptcha can be excluded from specific pages, or have it loaded only on pages that have fields that actually need reCaptcha to load.
Cheers,
PredragHi @felix997,
Can you tell us which plugin was the cause of the issue so we can do some tests on our end and see if our devs can do something about getting these two to work together fine?
Cheers,
PredragHi @prabuddh09,
I’m afraid that we don’t have plans for adding Razorpay anytime soon and custom development of such integration goes out of scope of support that we can offer.
You might need to consider hiring a developer to help you with building such integration.
Our docs could be useful for that:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/api-plugin-development/forminator-api-docs/
https://wpmudev.com/blog/how-to-build-custom-forminator-add-ons-using-the-developer-api/Cheers,
PredragHi @theart8,
I’m afraid that there are currently no conditional options for entire pages but it is something that was asked for in the past and we actually have it on our to-do list, however, I don’t have an ETA to share at the moment.
At the moment only solution would be to use HTML field in “empty” pages and show them when other fields are hidden. In those HTML fields you can add text like “Please continue to last step” or something down those lines.

PredragHi @smweblinks,
We checked with the devs and I’m afraid that the amount of work required for this kind of setup falls into custom development and is out of scope of support that we can offer here.
You can consider hiring a developer to help you out further with this and build you a custom solution for your specific use case.

PredragHi @quintinm,
With Manual Approval you would need to allow the form to keep the submissions in order to approve them from the site.
What you will need to do is edit your form, navigate to Settings tab and from there turn off “Disable store submissions in my database” option.
Once that is done your new submissions will show up under Forminator > Submissions panel (make sure to have your form selected there) and when you expand the submission you will see Approve button.
Clicking on that button will create both user and site.Cheers,
PredragHi @massasoit91,
Thanks for sharing the export of your form, I had a look at your setup and there are actually couple of things missing to get it to work.
First thing is to enable the Calculations for the field that will determine the price, in your case “Dinner & Meeting Selection” field, and set the values for each of the options.
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/T6ar872.pngNext up is to add an actual Calculation element and put the “Dinner & Meeting Selection” value in there:
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/MapK1Qr.pngThat Calculation field will now have the value based on the selection in “Dinner & Meeting Selection” field, and in the settings tab of that Calculation field you can choose to have that field hidden or visible.
Once you have that set up, you will see your calculation field as an available option inside PayPal field.
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/WrwpPSl.pngI’ve also exported your form with the changes already made so you can import it and see how it is set up:

PredragHi @maci28,
I’m sorry to hear that you had issues with Divi and recent Forminator updates, however, I couldn’t find similar reports even though we have quite a number of users of both Free and Pro version of Forminator running with Divi theme.
Since the issue is not affecting all of the forms it could be that the Forminator is conflicting on something else on your installation, perhaps some script that is running on specific pages where forms are failing.
We would like to investigate this further and see what could be causing this for you so could you please open a support ticket here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/forminator/
It would be great if you could provide us with pages that have the forms with the issues and to provide us with export of your forms there so we can test them with Divi on our end and see what could be the issue here.
Best regards,
PredragHi @designerjeff,
I had a look at your form but unless I select Ice-cream or Movie Night checkboxes I don’t see their options, this is how the form looks for me:
Can you tell me which browser and OS you are using while checking this so we can see if it’s something device specific?
Cheers,
PredragHi @wittytrade,
I’m sorry to say that this still didn’t made into the plugin indeed.
This was intentionally developed in this way initially but we had some requests to change it.
There were just couple of those though and Forminator is by far our plugin with most requests so changes are made based on number of requests and how many people will find it useful.I have added your report to existing to-do task and hopefully this will speed up the change.
Cheers,
PredragHi @mkdsgns,
Could you share an URL where your form can be seen so we can check if there’s any other CSS loaded on your site that is overwriting the set colors?
Cheers,
PredragHi @kirstyspain,
Are all of your forms embedded on the same page?
We are currently experiencing issues with such setup and it’s already being investigated by our devs so it can be fixed in future releases.only one entry is showing in the submissions area on Forminator
Can you try testing by having only one form on the page, in case you have multiple forms added?
Also, in your forms ensure that inside Settings tab you don’t have “Disable store submissions in my database” option disabled.I also did not receive an email notification once forms were submitted.
Are your other emails, like user registration and password reset, working properly?
The issue with emails is usually related to email sending service you might want to consider setting up SMTP to handle your email sending.Cheers,
PredragHi @davidb77381,
Can you try applying this MU plugin as temporary fix and that should address the problem until an update is released:
https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/5f69022671d7c09c471ed0b6d9ae452cAll you need to do to is download the forminator-tempfix-paypal-button-issue.php file and place it inside your /wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder and that should do the trick.
If you don’t have /mu-plugins/ folder inside /wp-content/ simply create one yourself.Cheers,
PredragHi @fra8719,
Did you check the debug log to see if there are some errors in there when form is submitted?
You can enable debug log in your wp-config.php file (located in root WP folder) by replacing define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); with this code:// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define('WP_DEBUG', true); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); // Disable display of errors and warnings define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); @ini_set( 'log_errors', 1 ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
Submit the form again so it fails and this should create debug.log file in your wp-content folder that could tell us what is going on.
You can upload the file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we can check it out.Cheers,
Predrag
