LauraHey @dav74
Hope this message finds you well.
Thanks for sharing the images in the email, but I could not reproduce the issue. I also replied to your email with my test results.
Best regards,
LauraHope this message finds you well.
We got feedback for the subfolder thing in case you need it, you only need to use the Forminator feature at Forminator >> Settings >> Data:
To handle the email before it is sent, you might need to use this hook:
forminator_custom_form_mail_before_send_mail
Any customization is outside the scope of support we can provide. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. WordPress provides a jobs directory here https://jobs.wordpress.net/, if you need further advice about it, feel free to email

LauraHi @rossgurung
Hope this message finds you well.
Could you share the Local BLC configuration for your ACF fields?
Local BLC should detect most of ACF fields but sometimes it might not. Please share this also the ACF you created so we can try to replicate it on our end.
Best regards,
LauraHi @altimac
Thanks for the form, it was really helpful.
After a couple of tests, I was able to reproduce the same on my site, the issue seems to be related to the Stripe field, after removing it the error went away.
In such a case, I escalated and reported this to our Second Line Support, and they will check closer and provide further information, since they work on very complex issues, getting a reply from them could take longer than usual. Your patience on this is greatly appreciated.
We will back to this topic once we get an update from them, in the meantime I would suggest disabling the required option from the Select field.

LauraHi @iruam

I’ve posted the site
Do you mean the site is live, and published?
I’m trying to send myself contacts, but I’m not getting anything.
I am guessing you are saying that you are submitting the form and you are not getting the submission email. If so, Forminator triggers the mail function used in the site to send emails, usually the WP default one. To guarantee email deliverability, you might use an SMTP. This will also prevent the email from going to SPAM.
Let us know your comments.

LauraHi @wpsana

This will also require a custom code, as explained by Amin this is out of our support scope, you can visit https://jobs.wordpress.net/, and feel free to email us at [email protected] if you need further advice about it.

Since you are adding different heights according to the @media, the rules is not consistent, I would suggest checking the theme and using the same rules for it.
For example, there is no rule between 480px and 768px.
Let us know the results after adjusting the rules.
Best regards,
LauraHi @torsen
This is in the Settings tab when adding/editing the field:
It is at the bottom.
