Discount Price plugin is tested on Storefront https://it.www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/ the WooCommerce default theme, and with Storefront theme it works fine

The advice is to create a child theme of the actual active theme:

where reactivate the standard checkout WooCommerce’s template, in a way that fit well with your active theme.

the suggestion is to install and activate the WooCommerce default Theme Storefront https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/ to check if it’s something related to the theme in use.

It was added a little different one at row 17 in inc/display_total.php file:

if ( $_product->is_on_sale() && !empty($_product->get_sale_price()) && is_numeric($_product->get_sale_price() ) )

The plugin has been updated right now for WC 5.5 compatibility

reading this

the problem is that I do not add the extra discounts

it seams that the issue was because of you
and not an error of the plugin Discount and regular price.

The advice to solve the issue if it’s a plugin issue is to use a staging install and activate only these plugins:

– WooCommerce
– Discount Price

and use Storefront the default WooCommerce Theme

Doing this it will be possible to discover where is the issue.

The plugin WooCommerce Discount Price is designed for working with a standard WordPress WooCommerce installation.

If there are other plugins or themes that customize the workflow or the standard WooCommerce templates there are new variables and values, so it becomes impossible to guarantee the result.

the colour customization is not an active function of WooCommerce Discount Price plugin, it follows the Theme setup.

If the active Theme allows it, the advice is to go to
Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

and add a custom CSS for the classes sale-price and woocommerce-Price-amount.

Hi,

There is no error in version 1.2.5 or later.

The plugin must be compatible with WooCommerce, but can’t be compatible with all the thousands of WooCommerce extension like the one mentioned that use specific functions or call that can’t reasonably be forseen.

So please cooperate with people that give you for free a solution and don’t confuse an understandable need with a Woo Discount plugin’s bug.

as this is the forum for the free version of WooCommerce Discount Price the suggestion for premium issues is to use the ticket’s based premium support on https://wpnetwork.it/submit-ticket/

We tested it now and, using Storefront Theme ( default WooCommerce theme ) it’s color is black:

It’s suggested to check if there’s still an active css customization on the email template.

using Discount Price plugin in the WooCommerce backend order there is no customization, the reason is that the main plugin purpose is marketing and external communication.

The suggestion is interesting, it’s something that could be added in the next releases
