Duplicate Killer support only forms, not quizz or polls from Forminator.

Please follow the next steps:

1. Try to deactivate&uninstall the plugin and install again.

2. Also, can you try with another forminator form, just for the example? Create another Form and check the box into the Duplicate Killer menu just the email.

If you deactivate the plugin “Message Popup For Contact Form 7” everything works fine but without that stylish message error.

Its about Contact Form 7 or another Form plugin? Do you see your form into Duplicate Killer interface?

I’m sorry for this inconvencience. This plugin has been tested with WPForms Lite only.

First, please check LOGS and make sure you do not have any errors regarding Duplicate Killer and WPForms.

Second, if you created forms and you do not see them in Duplicate Killer it seems that the WPForms PRO version use another aproach which has not been treated.

There will be support for more form plugins in the future in Duplicate Killer, including PRO version of WPForms.

Yes, indeed, custom field type is not supported in this plugin. There are only 3 types of fields [text], [email] and [tel] for Contact Form 7.

This feature will be included in the future.

I could not reproduce the error. I will need more details from your side.

If you have access to an error log will be great.

I can offer you some recommendations for the beginning.

1. Update wordpress core to the last version 6.5
2. Update CF7 plugin + Duplicate Killer to the last version
3. Clearing Cache files
4. Removing the existing .htaccess file and adding the default WordPress’s .htaccess (this could be done from cPanel or FTP access)
5. Regenerating permalink via settings/permalink (just clicked on save button with existing settings)
6. Uninstall and install again the Duplicate Killer form.
7. Check if error message from Duplicate Killer tab is not empty somehow.

Also, would be great if you can provide more details about the issue.

This problem is present on multiple forms? Did you try to create another CF7 form and test it?

The CF7 form works normal without duplicate killer plugin? The notification for a succes sent is vissible?

I tried to complete the form on https://michinori-works.com and it didn’t work. It just spinning forerver.

Please note that there are two different plugins for record the entries of CF7. (Advanced Contact form 7 DB and another Contact Form CFDB7)

These are similar but with a different interface.

Regarding your issue, please update the Duplicate Killer to the last version (1.1.7) and check if error persist.
