It sounds like the product category has the shop page have the same name and content as each other, which would appear as duplicated content in search engines and not be good for SEO. So you’d like to change the structure from Shop/Product-Category/ to “Shop/Product-name.”
To clarify a bit further, I understand you need this:
- The shop page at /shop/.
- Products should list as /shop/product-name rather than /shop/product-category/product-name.
Am I understanding that correctly?

About the on-hold order in live mode, the payment has been captured
but the order status and notes in woocommerce have not been updated. Do I have to update it manually?To confirm, how was the charge captured? Did you set the order status to either Processing or Completed? If you did, can you please share a screenshot of the Edit order page so we can take a closer look?

I’m happy to hear the coupon issue is now fixed. It sounds like you need help with duplicated post_meta and order_meta data, where per your screenshot, there appears to be a lot of duplicated entries for Order 7117.

Hey @codeinclusive ?? Thank you for confirming the WordPress solves this issue. We’re currently trying to determine where the issue lies, as we’re unable to replicate the same errors on multiple sites and hosts with various setups.
It’d be great if you could share your site’s System Status Report with us so we can get a better idea of how it’s configured and to potentially spot any similarities between your site and the other sites facing the same issue. That will help us determine what might be happening and how to replicate the same issue so we can help further.
Would you be able to share the report with us? I’ve submitted an issue here so we can try and track down what’s happening and find a potential solution other than downgrading WordPress: WP 6.4 update causing potential Stripe API, WP-Admin, and performance issues #2751.

Just to clarify, this forum thread was about an issue with the keys for the Stripe plugin rather than the hCaptcha for WordPress plugin. It sounds like the key issue that affected your site was about hCaptcha, right?

I’ve same issue. I’ve tried different sites, recreated the keys, deleted the plugin and reinstall. Nothing works for me. Of course I’ve an account.

A?Processing?order is not yet 100% final (it basically means it’s?paid, but not?shipped?out yet) and will therefore not be included in the Net amount.
If you’re aware of why WooCommerce Analytics works this way and do need
Processing
orders included inNet sales
, you will need to have the featured developed for your site.I tried to find existing code for this feature but I’m not seeing anything related to what you need. As this now involves a fairly complex development topic, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in and help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce if you’re familiar with code.

Essentially, you’d open the specific order from the WooCommerce > Orders page, which will open the Edit order page for the order. Then you’d select
Processing
,Completed
, and then theUpdate
button, such as in this screenshot I took from my test site:
