In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress database error after update to 7.2.1My pleasure, @nipter!
There’s also a separate PR based off the previous one I shared that should fix any pending bad requests after the 7.2.1 update:?Re-run the 7.2.1 state migrations when merchants update to 7.2.2.?#36119

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress database error after update to 7.2.1Indeed, @room34, I think that’s a valid concern, and I see a separate PR based off the previous one I shared might fix the pending requests issue too: Re-run the 7.2.1 state migrations when merchants update to 7.2.2.?#36119

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress database error after update to 7.2.1Hi everyone! The WooCommerce core developers are aware of this issue and have a PR ready to fix the issue here.
That fix should be released as part of WooCommerce 7.2.2 sometime soon. I’m checking if we can get a more specific timeframe for when that might be released.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] stuck on configure product listing in pluginHi there @theruralbadge!
At this point, it seems there’s quite a few issues left to resolve, and we’d definitely like to help you get Google Listings and Ads up and running without any further problems.
With that in mind, please contact us directly on our support platform at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there, as we can look at the site’s admin area to check how Google Listings and Ads is set up and for you to share more specific details about what’s been setup that would not be appropriate for a public forum (like screenshots of your Google Merchant Center account).
Thank you!
Hi there, @darlanoliveira!
In that case, can you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support so we take a closer look at the site, Google Listings & Ads logs, and the products in question? To clarify, we would not ask you for this information here on the public forum, but we can definitely help you further via our support platform. You may need to create an account before you can access that page I shared.
Please also include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

Hi there @elcheapoflags,
Thank so much for contact us to find out how to hide the Storefront in Tablet and Mobile view. I tested the same code
you shared on my test site and https://elcheapoflags.com/ (using developer tools) and do not see the sidebar.
However, if I preview the home page in Chrome to test something like the iPad Air or Mini, I still see the sidebar, as the CSS is only set for a
max-width
of767px
while those devices are much wider. With that in mind, can you please:
- Try adding the code to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section of your site’s customizer and see what happens? That should prevent the code from being overridden by any future updates.
- Share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end if adding the code back to the site does not help
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:
There is also a walkthrough guide here.
Thank you!

Hi there @pretobrazza!
Bernard, I must apologize, as it seems we missed your reply from a few months ago after we closed the thread thinking you may have solved the issue.
It sounds like Google Listings & Ads has been working due to a workaround you discovered using the free CTX feed plugin, right? We’d be happy to take a closer look at why that was necessary and to get Google Listings & Ads working on its own if needed.
Please let us know if you’d like further help and we can take it from there! Thank you!
Hi there @macmaggy!
I see we’ve been helping you via the separate forum thread we asked you to create so we can continue the conversation there: Mapping 3rd party GTIN fields.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Choosing default product group variationHi there @urikanonov!
Can you please confirm if you’ve followed the steps here to get set up as contributor for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin? If not, I suspect that’s likely what’s causing the 403 permission error.
If you have, please let us know and we can take a closer look at what’s causing the 403 error.
Thank you, Uri!
