In reply to: [WooCommerce] Integra??o Winthor com WoocommerceHi @wltecnologia,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I used Google Translate to translate your message from Portuguese into English:
Hello guys,
An internal challenge appeared here to synchronize via the Woocommerce API with the ToTvs Winthor system, at first it is only for the internal use of the team here and for knowledge of this possibility as well.
However, the three of us on the team do not even know where to start with this API integration, has anyone done this integration or knows how to give us a light on where to start and what we need in this case? We have knowledge in some languages and everything, but to optimize time in this integration we would like a way forward.
Whoever has something that can help will make this saga much easier for us. LOL
Thanks
If I understand correctly, you’d like some direction in finding out how to use the WooCommerce API to integrate WooCommerce with the TOTVS Winthor system. Is that correct?
I tried to find an existing TOTOVS/WooCommerce integration but there doesn’t seem to be any.
Here’s a few resources I think might help you:
- TOTOVS has an API you could use: https://api.totvs.com.br/ and http
s://developers.totvs.com/.
- WooCommerce REST API documentation: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/
- How to use the WooCommerce REST API: https://sgwebpartners.com/how-to-use-woocommerce-api/

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Import product facebook for multivendorHi @drugo,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
is possible import the product from (my) page facebook and import in woocommerce?
That’s not currently possible using the plugin. In fact, having an existing Facebook Shop can often cause problems when connecting WooCommerce to Facebook: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-products-are-not-displaying-in-facebook-shop/#section-2
Products sync to the Facebook Shop rather than the other way around, so that you can list products on your WooCommerce store and on your Facebook Shop. If you look at the other plugins for connecting WooCommerce to Facebook Shops listed here, you’ll see that none offer the ability to sync Facebook Shop products to WooCommerce: https://quadlayers.com/facebook-shop-woocommerce/.
But in really i have a platform for multivendor is possible import in base at name and the product for single shop?
Hmm, again, that isn’t possible with this plugin.
I recommend hiring a developer to create an integration for you that will let you import Facebook Shop products into WooCommerce.
Hi @nuvemautomacao,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Is the plugin compatible with the php 7.3 version?
Yes, the plugin should work with PHP 7.3. That’s one of the server requirements for running WooCommerce, and our plugin is designed to work and be fully compatible with WooCommerce.
A 503 Service Unavailable Error shows that a web server is temporarily unable to handle a request. This error may be caused by several issues, but the most likely reasons are that the server doesn’t have the capacity to handle the request or there is maintenance being performed on the server. The error should resolve by reloading the page.
You may want to contact your web host if you’re still seeing this error.
Hi there,

Payment error:The Shopper IP is not valid
Could you please provide some more information about this error? For instance, is this the first time you’ve received this error message? Also, where did you see the error message?
PayPal requires merchants to capture and send the customer’s IP address, which can’t happen if the customer’s IP address has an invalid format.
If other customers managed to make purchases without this error, I suspect it might be related to the customer’s IP address.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Static order listHi Olga,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If I understand correctly, you’d like to find a way to display original orders to your customers because the way you process orders means they can no longer view the original order. Is that correct?
If so, I’m not aware of any plugins that can do that. You should be able to find someone to custom code this feature for you.
Otherwise, you could export the orders as a list using one of these plugins:
- WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export
– https://woocommerce.com/products/ordercustomer-csv-export/ - Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/static-order-list/

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Payment problems: 3D SecureHi Alessandro,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with a customer’s site. I’m sure that must be very frustrating for the both of you.
Would you mind enabling the PayPal Checkout plugin’s debug logs and checking for any errors that might explain what’s happening. Here’s how to do that: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/#section-16.
Some Consumers after a passage with the bank manage to pay.
Hmm, it sounds to me like there’s an issue with either the consumers’ banks or with PayPal processing the payments. If they’re able to pay after contacting their bank, then I think the issue lies with either their bank or with PayPal.
If you don’t see anything noteworthy in the PayPal Checkout plugin’s logs, I recommending contacting PayPal for further assistance. If there is something in the logs, please let us know (e.g., an error code) so we can help you further.
Hi @giostorejp,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
When you say you’re using the built in facebook/instagram browser, are you referring to opening web pages from within the Facebook or Instgram mobile app?
Can i have the popup window opened on new tab in safari or chrome?
You’ll need to set up your mobile device’s Facebook app to open links directly in the device’s default browser: https://countdownwebdesign.com/quick-tip-open-facebook-links-in-chrome/. It’s not possible to get Facebook’s app to open the links any other way.
im getting a error message “sorry, something went wrong”
Hmm, that error is rather generic. Do you get the same error in Safari or Chrome on mobile or desktop?
If so, please try turning on the PayPal Checkout plugin’s logging feature and check for any errors by using these instructions: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/#section-16.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching to us! Sorry to hear you’re having issues processing payments on your marketplace using Stripe.
If there are any errors logged by the Stripe plugin, you could try checking for them at WooCommerce > Status > Logs, as explained in Step 15 of our Setup and Configuration guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#setup-and-configuration.
1. What was the failure from the vendor’s side?
The following error appears to be coming from your vendor marketplace plugin rather than from our Stripe plugin:
Admin is receiving the full payment due to failure in transferring the payment to the Vendor’s Account.
2. How can I make any failures just not complete the sale instead of transfering the money to admin?
Again, this issue appears related to the vendor marketplace plugin you’re using rather than the Stripe plugin.
Hmm, I think that’s the reason there aren’t any errors showing in your Stripe dashboard. The issue is caused by the vendor marketplace plugin you’re using and not Stripe.
Please contact the vendor marketplace plugin’s developers for further assistance.
Hi @chast31,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear our plugin isn’t working correctly.
I recommended re-connecting Facebook for WooCommerce to your shop’s Facebook page again by following these instructions: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/.
Please let us know how that goes.
Hey @kitkit85,
Thanks for reaching to us!
Some data will be stored on your server but it shouldn’t be much. That’s what I’m seeing on my test site. When you say that the server disk space increased a lot, what do you mean? How much has the space increased?
To clarify, Facebook for WooCommerce will store some information in the database, but that shouldn’t be increasing your server disk space (it should increase the database size).
Hi @negapo!
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the variation images not displaying the way you expected in your Facebook Page Shop.
If I understand correctly, your product variations sync the product image variation seemingly at random rather than the main product image. Is that correct?
Could you please let us know what setting you’re using to sync the variation images?
There’s an option in the Variations tab for variable products to manage Facebook settings. You can find that by editing a product variation and selecting the Variations tab: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#product-sync-settings. There, you can specify the image you’d like to sync, including a custom image if needed per this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/9eOGYF
I think that should help you sync the image variation you were expecting. If not, please let us know so we can provide further assistance.
