Can you submit a ticket to our support team so we can take a closer look for you? This is something we’d need to see more closely to figure out what might be going on. Usually, behavior like this is caused by another plugin or theme, so testing temporarily with those disabled is the best first troubleshooting step.

I’m not able to replicate this issue, I just tested locally and the email error did stop the form from submitting. Can you test again and make sure you’re on the most recent version.

Are you on the latest version of Ninja Forms? This sounds like a bug we fixed a while ago.

This is a result of a conflict with another poorly coded plugin which is likely modifying the class names of the WordPress admin. WP-IDE is the most common plugin we have seen this this behavior, and as it’s not been maintained for years we recommend finding an alternative solution if that is the case.

This seems like its most likely a conflict with another one of your plugins. Can you try with other plugins disabled, and maybe even on a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen to see if that solves the issue?

My understanding of the issue at the moment is that we render and process the form with JavaScript. Because the JavaScript is what opens the tab, browsers block it as a potential malicious popup. So far, we’ve not found a really great workaround for this, but it’s something we’d like to solve in the long term. Unfortunately, it’s not prioritized in our short term scope at all.
Hey, Dave! Have you reached out to the WooCommerce team about this under your support agreement with them by chance? We don’t have a copy of that addon, nor do we know anything about WooCommerce to start troubleshooting that issue if we did. They might be able to provide more guidance to you, or to us, about what is causing that breakage. I don’t mean to be dismissive, we just need more data to assist in this case.

At this time, we do not have “true” repeatable, indefinite fields. With our Conditional Logic addon, you can fake this behavior by adding many more fields, but conditionally hiding them until some condition is met…that is the closest solution we have for now.

You can use each fields individual merge tag to get just the values. You would need to add the labels yourself, but that is the only option at this time aside from the all fields merge tags.

We have tinkered with the idea of adding this functionality, but found that in almost all cases, browser popup blockers were preventing the new tab from opening. As a result, this isn’t a supported use case at this time…I’m sorry for any trouble this might cause for your use case.
At the moment, we don’t currently have a great solution for this. It can be potentially achieved through the user of user meta in our User Management addon, but without knowing more about your use case it’s hard to say for sure.
