We’d love to hear what feedback you might have for why you do/don’t recommend us for certain projects so we can consider it for the future. Thanks again, Tom!
We’ve never heard of it uninstalling itself…if you open up a support ticket here we can look into it more closely: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re working on making our UI even better in 3.0….can’t wait to hear what you think of it!
This sounds like a JavaScript error in your admin. Do you have the same issue wuth other plugins disabled? For more troubleshooting, please contact us here: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
Currently fields are added by clicking, but can be dragged after being added to the form. This behavior will change in version 3.0
Can you fill out the form here and provide precise reproduction steps so we can look into this for you? https://ninjaforms.com/contact/

In reply to: [Ninja Forms - The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You] AJAX IssuesUsually this happens when jQuery is not enqueued, the wrong version is enqueued, or your theme or another plugin are causing a JavaScript error on your site. Do you see the same behavior on a default theme, or with other plugins disabled?
Hey all! We actually ninja’d a honeypot field into ALL forms from now on and removed it as a user-added field. If you added a honeypot before this patch, it is still there in addition to the new honeypot field. Names are randomized to help prevent spam as well!
George, the best way to receive assistance is to fill out the support form on our site here: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
Also, we have documentation for your question available here: https://docs.ninjaforms.com/article/201-e-mail-issues-not-receiving-e-mail
Do you see the same behavior on a default WordPress theme? This is not something we can replicate locally. Also, for future reference the best way to contact our team is the form here: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
If you could all fill out a ticket here (https://ninjaforms.com/contact/) that would be immensely helpful and is the best way to get a response from our team. Go ahead and link to this thread so we can track these together, though. Please provide a copy of you System Status page as well as let us know who your host is. @polinet, you can do single page exclusions in W3 Total Cache so that you don’t need to disable the entire plugin.
