It looks like that is how your theme is choosing to style submit buttons.
We have opinionated styles you can use to usually override your theme’s settings, found under Forms -> Settings -> Advanced.
For anything more, you would need custom CSS, or our Layout and Styles extension.

This is a result of extra styling from your theme, and is unfortunately outside the scope of what we’re able to support. All of the fields on your form aside from the single checkbox are displaying as expected. I’ve created an issue for doing a second pass on checkbox/radio styles to make sure we’re as consistent as we can be with our styles.

This text can be changed in your “Success Message” action in the “Emails and Actions” section of your form.
