I’ll give it a go. Thanks
There’s no plugin for the Tag Manager as the tracking code is inserted manually on the theme’s php file.
The solution that I could find is to have the JS code inserted on pages that require tracking on clicks but not on the homepage and that means I can’t have a wholistic view on the website’s data on Google Analytics.
Hope someone will be able to figure out the best solution to this, because Photonic is such a good plugin for Google Photos integration with WordPress and I can’t be the only one who is using Google Tag Manager + Photonic for my website.
Thanks anyway.
Hi Sayontan,
Thank you for replying and troubleshoot while you’re travelling.
You are spot on with the explanation, it is caused by Elementor as they have automatically opted the website in for beta testing, and it is capturing the click for analytics. I’ve disabled them all, cleaned as much unused codes as I can, updated the theme and reloaded the CSS library. It works like a charm now.
Bought you some coffee for your time in troubleshooting this issue. Thank you!
Note:
I’ve removed the video link for privacy reasons but keeping the website link on so that anyone with the same issue can view the source code and understand what Sayontan’s saying.
I’ve also changed the title so it’ll be easier for those in the same situation.
Hi Sayontan,
Upon further investigation and troubleshooting of this issue, I found out that this issue only persist on chrome. Ive used multiple devices to confirm this.
Please follow this link for a screen recording of the issue :https://www.loom.com/share/b223007b540046568b37557ac66ec32b?sid=0d8a4466-36ee-42b5-8fc0-b2d854f104a8
Hi Sayontan,
Thank you for your prompt reply. For the purpose of troubleshooting, I have deactivated all plugins, except for the wordpress editor which is Elementor.
The lightbox gallery popped up for about 1 second, then it closes on its own and the page refreshed.
Do you have any updates on the investigation @wpinsider-1 ? All less secure apps such as Easy SMTP will be blocked from using the google sign in process. Please see below for more information

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Unable to make paymentHi adrstars,
Couldn’t find the solution to this. This is a very buggy plugin and the slow resolution to the problem is alarming as it impacts the revenue on my client’s website.
I had to revert back to the old PayPal plugin v2.1.2 and that still works. There are no support for that plugin but at least it’s working and my client is happy. You can give it a go as well. Good luck

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Unable to make paymentHi Joost,
I’ve disabled the other Paypal plugin, let the Connect wizard run on its own and I still see the same error message.
Please help.

Hi Jesse,
Thank you so much for troubleshooting my case. Based on your detailed reply , I manage to figure out that it was the tax which caused the problem on my client’s website.
Kudos to you and team for helping out.
