Hi Mike,
Thank you for reaching out!
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to import reviews from another plugin like WPPR by Themisle into Editorial Ratings. This is because different plugins use different data structures, making them incompatible for direct imports.
We are working on this feature.
You can see a beta demo here → https://demo.pluginic.com/editorial-rating/aggregaterating/Thanks for submit support question, Here is the documentation, how you enable table of content by fancypost plugin: https://pluginic.com/docs/table-of-content-organize-your-content-for-easy-navigation/
If you have any more question, please let me know, Thanks

Hi, Sorry for delay, I found your problem. Just change the settings in the post editor, enable the review schema, and check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LH4mRtjaMo
and, for show rating on google search, it takes few weeks. Please wait few weeks for show the rating on google search snippets.
Thanks and RegardsThank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We appreciate your feedback. In the free version, configuring each note for each product is indeed a part of the process. However, you do receive a shortcode for each note, enabling you to manage them effectively.
For more advanced features, including a shortcode manager, we recommend considering the PRO version. This upgrade provides you with unlimited shortcodes for an unlimited number of notes. We understand your concern about the support response time, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We’ll expedite your query and ensure you receive the assistance you need promptly. Thank you for your patience.
Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your input and want to address the issues you’ve raised regarding your experience with our plugin.
Firstly, the free version has limited features, and the premium version offers full functionality. This is a standard practice. If you’ve reached out to our live support chat and found it unavailable, it’s because it operates during office hours. But we didn’t find your name in our live support chat list that we have missed before.
?? Regarding visitor ratings, it’s crucial for them to reflect accurate information. If you change the author review, the visitor rating should reset. It ensures transparency and fairness.
?? In your case, you mentioned issues with our plugin rendering correctly with your theme (Blocksy). However, our support team couldn’t investigate thoroughly as you didn’t provide a live link. Without a live link, it’s challenging for us to assess and address the reported problems, especially when other customers aren’t experiencing similar issues.
?? In response to your request for a refund, we politely asked for your live link as proof of usage. When you didn’t provide it, we referred you to our terms, which outline our refund policy.
Lastly, it’s important to acknowledge that various factors can lead to issues with a plugin. We are committed to supporting our customers. But without the opportunity to investigate and address specific problems, we are unable to do it. Negative reviews hinder our ability to continue our journey of improvement and assistance.

Dear Kai,
We would like to reiterate that the style tags you referred to, specifically the ones with the IDs ‘wp-block-library-theme-inline-css’ and ‘storefront-gutenberg-blocks-inline-css’, are not generated by our plugin. These style tags are inherent to your storefront theme and the WordPress block library.
We have thoroughly tested our plugin and have not encountered any issues of that nature. Our plugin operates independently and does not interfere with the generation or inclusion of those style tags.

Pluginic TeamThank you for reaching out again! When you translate your content using WPML, it will indeed show the FAQ schema in the respective language for each page. This way, you can ensure a localized experience for all your users.
Furthermore, our plugin is fully compatible with the WordPress Classic Editor. You should be able to use all of its features without any problems.
Hi @saveatrain,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query about the WPML compatibility of our plugin, specifically in terms of the FAQ Schema.
To answer your question, yes, our plugin was designed to support WPML, allowing for backend translations. However, we have recently identified a compatibility issue with the latest version of WordPress that seems to be causing conflicts with WPML translations.
We want to assure you that we are aware of this issue, and we are committed to resolving it. Our development team is currently engaged in some other tasks, but as soon as they are completed, we will prioritize this issue. It is our goal to ensure that our plugin operates seamlessly with WPML, to provide the best user experience possible.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards a resolution. We will keep you updated on our progress and notify you once the issue has been resolved.

Pluginic TeamDear @alijens,
Firstly, let us express our gratitude for your initiative in not only suggesting a new feature for our WooCommerce Product Slider Carousel, but also providing us with your own coding solution. We truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into this.
Your feature request “Number of items in slider on mobile devices” is indeed a valuable suggestion. It’s users like you, who actively engage and contribute, that help us improve and evolve our product to better suit our users’ needs.
I’m pleased to inform you that we have added your suggestion to our feature development queue. As we strive to continuously enhance our plugin, your input has a significant impact on our development roadmap.
Currently, our team is working on a few ongoing tasks. As soon as these are completed, we will begin working on this feature request. I assure you, your suggestion has our attention and will not be overlooked.
However, it’s also important to mention that we might not implement the feature exactly as per the code you’ve provided. Our development team will review it and might come up with a slightly different approach that aligns more closely with our plugin’s design and overall functionality. Nevertheless, your contribution will serve as a guiding point for our team.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Pluginic TeamHello @alijens,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and it’s important to mention that our plugin is designed to work with the default WooCommerce ‘Add to Cart’ button, which is typically controlled by your theme’s color scheme. We’ve built it this way to ensure flexibility and compatibility with various themes and user preferences.
However, we understand that you might want to customize the color of the ‘Add to Cart’ button to better align with your brand or website’s design. That’s why we provide an option to add custom CSS or JS codes directly from our plugin settings.
We have identified some issues with the custom CSS and JS code input fields and are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can use the following steps to change the color of your ‘Add to Cart’ button:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Product Slider > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Custom Code section.
- You can add your custom styles in the CSS Editor or scripts in the JS Editor as per your needs.
Keep in mind that any changes you make here will override the default settings. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
Note: We updated the plugin, but not increasing the version. Because it’s not necessary for every user. You don’t get the update notice. You need to uninstall the plugin and re-install it from the WordPress repository.
