1. Currently we don’t have an option for new editor. We are using default WP Editor using wp_editor function.

2. Currently the sanitization is done as per the WordPress sanitization. So if the code snippets contains HTML tags or other scripts then it will be sanitized. But you can disable it using external functions.

3. Currently we don’t have an option for column separation.

4. We are a bit unclear regarding this, can you please elaborate a bit further.

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting us. This is due to enabling of link encryption feature in the backend settings which checks if the download link has been clicked from the same browser from which the subscription has been done or not. This feature is to prevent the direct link sharing.

May be you can mention this in the success message of the form. Or also you can disable it if you don’t want the link encryption then the direct link will be sent in the email.

Thank you for your review but as we had already explained in our previous replies that it is occurring due to enabling of Link encryption feature which then checks the browser from which the subscription is made to prevent the direct link sharing. If you would have disabled that feature then it won’t have any issues that you are mentioning.
