    Hello Charles,

just for clarification: 3 days ago you first submitted a ticket followed by 2 more. But from your first submission not even a half day later we replied already.

However, we checked your site and it seems like there is a javascript issue in relation with the latest version of WP. We will look into this and will provide a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime we’ve installed and enabled the jquery Migrate Helper.

The search fields are now displaying as they should, however, we’re not sure why
    a) the images are not getting imported and
    b) it is not possible to activate the theme license

Both those issues can’t be caused by the javascript issue mentioned before but are more likely related to the webserver itself. Not entirely sure where your website is hosted and if there is anything which can be done to solve this but perhaps you want to get in touch with your webhosting provider and see if they can help on this part.

The link to your admin backend does not help at all. We need your admin username and password. Preferably not transmitted over here in the public forums, so please submit a ticket over at https://wpcasa.com/account/submit-ticket

    Thank you

    Hello,

thank you very much for your message.

As already replied to your support request before we would need some admin access to your site in order to see where this issue is coming from. Please send over admin login details to your site so we can help you solving this issue.

    Hello,

thank you very much for your message.

Indeed this is not very flexible solved. Altough it is possible to add custom listing offers through the snippet (as you already did), the default listing offers are more or less “hard-coded” into the WPCasa All Import.

For now, the only way would be to modify the plugin file by hand by adding your own custom listing offer in there by changing wpcasa-all-import/wpcasa-all-import.php on line 99 and by adding your own custom listing offer into the array. That should actually do the trick.

We will check for ways to dynamically include all the registered listing offers into the next version of WPCasa All Import as soon as we prepare the next version for release.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

    Hello,

thank you very much for your message.

Yes, WPCasa is currently only able to have properties either to be for rent or for sale (or a custom listing offer which can be added through a filer hence it is limited since there is currently no way to easily define the pricing scheme for a custom listing offer).

But yes, you’re right that it would make sense to have the ability to have one and the same property for sale and for rent. And we’ve received this request a few times already. However, as you can imagine it is not as easy to implement right away since as you already pointed out it would make things a little bit more complicated. And we also have to keep in mind all the other users who are just fine with the system as it is of now.

Nevertheless we have this on our roadmap and will discuss this heavily as soon as the times comes, so we can find a good solution for this. But yes, for now and the next time, the only way to have the same property for sale and for rent would be to have it double in the system. I’m really sorry for that and I understand that this could be frustrating since it is actually the same property with the same data and so on, but there is really no other way for this right now.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

    Hello,

unfortunately we couldn’t see any issue with the mobile menu. For us it works fine as it should. Did you already solve this issue by yourself or do you still experience it? If so could you please let us know more details about what exactly is not working? And which browser do you use? On what Smartphone OS? (iOS, Android,…)? And did you already try to use a different browser?

    Hello Iker,

please also check your settings in WP-Admin > WPCasa > Settings > Listings and ensure that there is an additional field for your newly added custom details and name it accordingly.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

    Hello Dan,

yes, I already noticed this. But that’s why I suggested the solution mentioned above. There is unfortunately currently no other way around. On a sidenote: We already have on our roadmap the ability to display multiple listings on the same spot of a map, however, currently this is just not possible.

So best would be really to try the solution suggested above to find out which 2 of those 50 listings include the wrong location data. Should be a matter of a few minutes.

Please let me know if you need any further help on that.

    Hello Dan,

I’m afraid but the only way to find this out is to check the listings individually. I would suggest to temporary unpublish all listings and check the map to make sure all listings are gone. Then you can re-publish listings in batch of eg. 10 listings per batch, always followed by a quick check of the map. That way it would be easier and faster to find the culprits as to open up all 50 listings in editor mode.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

actually nothing has changed in regards to the shortcode, it is just that we’ve included the whole functionality of the WPCasa Listings Map directly into the WPCasa plugin since we think it might make not much sense anymore to have specific functionality for a feature (maps) developed across multiple plugins.

That being said you should still be able to have the map displayed with [wpsight_listings_map] shortcode, entered into a separate page and assigned from within the WPCasa Settings.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

    Hello,

thank you very much for your message and deeply sorry for the late response here.

Lately we receive quite a few reports of this license activation issue. We’re currently checking on that and will hopefully release a fix for this as soon as possible. In the meantime you can try to enable your sites from here by clicking on “Manage Sites” on each of your license keys and adding your site URL, or direcly download the ZIP files from here and update them manually, if this would be an option for you until we’re able to fully resolve this issue.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

    Hello,

unfortunately there are no news yet as this still requires a bit of time to get resolved. However, in the meantime you can just go to WP-Admin > WPCasa > Settings > Listings Map and set the height of the map to 0px.
