Don’t enable new implementations by default and if you want to disable it, it has to work and it doesn’t right now. Users with a site on auto update have a problem. The developer remains silent. Best, this point has not been resolved for me. You indicate not to release updates if not necessary, but that is no longer how it works in 2024. Nowadays the compatibility of your plugin is being questioned because it has not been updated in a long time. Other software such as WordPress itself gives compatibility warnings as a result. (This plugin?hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.) Hosting companies and website space providers also warn because your plugin has not been maintained for a long time. These notifications will appear more and more often in the near future as a year has passed without updates. I therefore invite you to do a compatibility update if there are no further issues.
